Right of withdrawal

If you have purchased a product on our website, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. decide to return the product, without the obligation of giving any reasons and without any penalty, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the acquisition of physical possession of the parcel containing the ordered product or, in the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the acquisition of physical possession of the last product purchased.


Right of withdrawal exclusions

- To be eligible for a right of withdrawal, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Furthermore, you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- In case of purchase of clearly personalized goods;
- In the case of purchase of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics, or for health protection reasons, which have been opened after delivery.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to the purchase of products that are not included in the above exclusions, you must inform Perfect Awake of your intention to withdraw from the contract, by sending email at info@perfectawake.com indicating:

- A description of the products purchased
- The order number
- Date of purchase
- Date of receipt of the order
- Payment method used.
- Name, Surname, Customer Address
